Introduction

Welcome to crickex. crickex is an online platform providing information, guides and entertainment services related to sports betting and casino gaming, designed for adult users in Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and crickex ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms apply to all services offered by crickex, including but not limited to sports betting information, live casino guidance, slot game explanations, payment advice, promotional details and responsible-gambling resources. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and crickex.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the crickex website accessible at https://crickex.cam and all associated pages, features and services.
• "User" means any person who accesses, browses or registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual user account created upon completion of a successful registration process.
• "Services" means all content, tools, guides, games, betting facilities and other features made available by crickex.
• "Eligible User" means a natural person who is aged 21 years or above, is legally permitted to engage in online gambling in their jurisdiction, and has provided accurate registration information.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer or other incentive issued by crickex subject to qualifying conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which may be required before certain account functions are enabled.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Account Eligibility

Access to crickex services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Users who do not satisfy all conditions must not register or use the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or above at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to engage in online gambling and to access the Platform.
• You must not be registered on any national or platform-level self-exclusion list, including voluntary self-exclusion schemes.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent or close associate of crickex unless written exemption has been granted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not open an account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person.

crickex reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Age verification documents may be required, and account functions may be restricted pending completion of verification.

Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to hold one active account only. The opening of multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. This includes choosing a strong, unique password, enabling any available two-factor authentication, and ensuring that access credentials are not shared with any other person.

You must not disclose your password, one-time passcode, account PIN or any security information to another person. crickex will not ask for your password by email, chat or telephone. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as suspicious and reported to us immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify crickex immediately via the contact details in Section 15. crickex will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Terms of Use

By accessing or using the crickex Platform, you agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conditions apply to all use of the Platform:

• You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display or transmit any content obtained from the Platform without prior written consent from crickex.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or connected systems.
• You must not use the Platform to transmit unsolicited communications, harmful content, malware or any material that may interfere with the normal operation of crickex.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts to access, navigate or interact with Platform content or Services.
• All betting and gaming activity must be conducted in a manner consistent with these Terms. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, bonus structures or pricing anomalies in an artificial or systematic manner is prohibited.
• You must not make any false, misleading or defamatory statements about crickex or its Services in any public or private communication.

crickex reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to any User who breaches these conditions of use, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

Payments & Transactions

All financial transactions on the crickex Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of Malaysian payment methods, which may include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using accounts or instruments held in the User's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, transaction limits, processing times and any applicable fees are published separately on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification, wagering requirement checks and other conditions before processing is initiated. crickex does not guarantee same-day processing and timelines may vary by payment method.
• crickex will not be responsible for delays, errors or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Users must not initiate chargebacks or payment reversals except as required by applicable law. Initiating a chargeback in bad faith constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and recovery of any associated costs.

Bonuses & Promotions

crickex may offer bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, time limits and withdrawal caps. These terms will be communicated at the point the promotion is offered.

• Bonuses may not be combined unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• crickex reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying conditions for already-claimed bonuses are respected.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Users who crickex determines are abusing the bonus system — including through systematic extraction, multi-accounting or collusion — will have bonuses voided and accounts may be suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion is available per User, household, device, IP address and payment method.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the crickex Platform. Users found engaging in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraudulent use of payment instruments, including stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money laundering or any activity involving proceeds of unlawful conduct.
• Match-fixing, cheating, collusion or any activity that distorts the integrity of a betting market or casino game.
• Use of software, algorithms, bots or artificial intelligence tools to gain a systematic advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Exploitation of known errors in odds, game mechanics or bonus logic.
• Providing false identity, age or payment information.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of excluded, underage or otherwise ineligible persons.

Responsible Gambling

crickex is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Users are required to treat gambling as entertainment only and to set affordable limits before commencing any betting or gaming activity. The Platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion tools to help Users maintain control.

If you believe your gambling is becoming harmful or unmanageable, you must take immediate action by contacting crickex support to activate a cooling-off or self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion is available for periods of between 30 days and a permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, crickex will take reasonable steps to prevent account access and promotional communications.

Intellectual Property

All content on the crickex Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code and compiled databases, is the property of crickex or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, commercial use, modification, public display or creation of derivative works without prior written consent from crickex.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crickex and its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

crickex does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control. crickex is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of such interruptions.

crickex does not guarantee any particular outcome from betting or gaming activity. Sports betting and casino gaming involve inherent uncertainty and financial risk. All decisions to participate are made entirely at the User's own risk.

Suspension & Termination

crickex reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A User has provided false, incomplete or misleading registration or verification information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on an account.
• A User is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• crickex is required to do so by a regulatory, legal or law-enforcement authority.

Upon account closure, any funds held in the account balance that are legitimately the User's own deposits may be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to crickex, unless closure was caused by fraudulent activity, in which case funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as determined by crickex at its discretion.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.

Amendments

crickex reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the contact details on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you hold an account, contact us to close it.
